My main goal for the new year is to live more fully in the present.

In addition:

Start the "Fear Mastery" workshops
Continue building my consulting business
Finally score those flat abs I'm getting closer to
Run a 10K
Spend 2 weeks at the beach

How's that? :)

Oh yeah - start gearing up for Laura's 50th.
